Call-out One $89 charge covers getting a technician to your kitchen and diagnosing the fault in full; approve the repair and that $89 comes off its price.
Some Wolf repairs finish on the first visit and some wait for a part that has to be ordered for your exact model. The $89 diagnosis has already found the fault, so the return visit is for fitting the part and testing the repair.
Why the part is not always on hand
Wolf has built ranges, wall ovens and cooktops in several series over the years, and many parts fit one family only. A control board, an oven sensor for a particular cavity or a hinge set for a particular door is ordered against the serial tag rather than carried on the chance. Arranging the return
When the part is confirmed, we call to set the second visit around whatever the first one needed: the freight elevator, the loading door, the gate code. For a house inside The Highlands, that means being on the list at the gate a second time, which is settled on the same call rather than at the kerb. Visit hours reach into the evening and across the weekend, as set out on evening and weekend visits.
While you wait
Keep off anything the technician asked you not to use, leave any panel they refitted where it is, and keep the model and serial to hand for the return call. If you ever smell gas, leave the house first and call Puget Sound Energy or 911 from a safe distance, on a mobile rather than a landline.
