Who turns up

A cooking-appliance shop, not a general repair company

Four appliance types, one metro area, and a parts inventory built from what actually fails on Wolf equipment in Seattle kitchens.

Most companies that will service a Wolf range will also service a washing machine, a dishwasher and whatever else came in that morning. It is a reasonable way to run a business and a poor way to build the specific knowledge that cooking appliances need — gas pressure, spark and flame sense, convection airflow, static pressure in a duct run.

We went the other way. Ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and hoods, nothing else. That narrowness is why the igniter, spark module or blower motor your unit needs is usually already on the van, and why a diagnosis normally takes twenty minutes rather than an afternoon of guessing.

It also means we will tell you when a repair is not worth doing. A twenty-year-old range with a cracked cooktop and a failed control board is a replacement, not a project, and you should hear that on the first visit instead of after two parts orders.

A technician is on the road across Seattle 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days, and the phone is answered 24/7. The service call is a flat $89, quoted before we come out, and it comes off the bill in full if you approve the repair.
